Location: Park Street

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (In-hand) + PF & ESIC Benefits

Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers can apply)

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and presentable Female Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibility is to handle daily hiring requirements for security personnel and support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior HR Manager in recruitment activities
• Conduct hiring for security guards on a daily basis
• Source candidates through job portals and line them up as per requirements
• Guide candidates regarding job roles, interview process, and placement sites
• Complete joining formalities and documentation process
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
• Draft and send professional emails
• Handle internal office coordination work

Requirements:

• Only Female Candidates
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good English communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, presentations, email handling)
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality

Note: Freshers will be provided training.
