Kitchen Staff

- Responsible for end-to-end kitchen operations, hygiene, team management, and order fulfillment.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and production schedules.

- Provide basic cooking assistance.

- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.

- Monitor order flow from aggregator dashboards (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).

- Maintain quality standards and reduce food costs and wastage.

- Onboard and train new team members.

- Oversee waste disposal and cleanliness.

- Skills Required: Team leadership and knowledge of cloud kitchen operations.
