Job Description
ROLE: Customer Care Executive (English/Hindi)
- Has to make outbound calls
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- 12TH or B.A. Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Must have good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Must be able to translate from English to Hindi.
- Must have knowledge of sales.
LOCATION: Kolkata (WFO)
SHIFTS:
- Rotational / 8 AM to 8 PM / 9 hours shift
- 6 days working & 1 day rotational off
- Casual leaves will not be entertained within first three months.
- No cab services
DATE OF JOINING: Immediate
SALARY: 13k to 15k CTC
