LAP Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic LAP (Loan Against Property) Sales Executive to source and close secured loan cases for residential and commercial properties. The role involves generating leads through direct sales, DSAs, and referrals; assessing customer eligibility; coordinating documentation; and ensuring smooth loan processing till disbursement. The candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of loan products, and experience in the NBFC or banking sector. A target-driven approach, relationship-building ability, and familiarity with local property markets will be key to success in this role.
