Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Laptop & Computer Hardware Technician with hands-on experience in field service and repair work.
Responsibilities:
- Laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting & repair
- Operating System installation (Windows, drivers, software setup)
- Field visits for on-site service and customer support
- Laptop hinge repair, keyboard change , display change , body fitting, and basic sort check from motherboard
- Perform basic diagnostics and health checks
- Data backup, formatting, and system optimization
- Handle customer issues professionally and provide solutions
Additional Skills (Extra Benefit):
- Knowledge of motherboard repairing / chip-level work
- BIOS update, power issues, short detection
- Experience with soldering, IC replacement
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in laptop/computer repair
- Ability to work independently during field visits
- Basic communication skills
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
Job Type: Full-time / Field Work
Salary: As per experience + incentives (extra for motherboard work)
