Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, SME SAP EHSM & PP Consultant!
In this role, we are looking for a functional consultant with a combination of skills like SAP EHSM and Production Planning.
Responsibilities
• The SAP EHS/EHSM Functional Consultant should have –
• Experience in performing fit/gap analysis for integrating new plant in to existing ECC EHS Solution
• Functional consulting and process knowledge – Required in the primary modules Incident Management, Risk Assessments, EHS Audit, Product Safety (including Specification Database, Phrase Library, EHS Expert Rules, WWI Templates, and Dangerous Goods), Dangerous Goods
• Strong communication skills – should be able to write detailed functional designs to fill gaps, communicate with developers on solution build, create and execute test scripts, defect support and cutover activities.
• Design capabilities – Expected to Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Implementation of SAP-PLM EHS Management (Product Safety and Stewardship)
• Dangerous Goods management; Hazardous Goods management; Specification Management
• MSDS/Label generation ; Business process Definition Master Data Definition; Data migration
• Customizing; Good level of understanding in the EHS related enhancements and technical setups
• Report template design and programming Occupational health
• Industrial hygiene ADN Safety; Accident Incident reporting, SARA reporting
• Work Area management etc
• Integration of SAP EH&S with Logistics Sales
• Production; Material Management; Quality management
• Good amount of understanding in IATA; ADR; ADNR; RID; CIF;
• NORMA regulations, exposure to Kosher, Halal and other ECHA regulations
• Good to have knowledge in Chemical prohibition Regulation; Substance Volume tracking
• The SAP Production Planning SME should have –

• Should have worked in all the main processes of SAP PP like Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock Discrete, SFC, Planning strategies, MRP, SOP, Order creation, scheduling, release, confirmations, Serial number management, Equipment creation and Status management repetitive manufacturing, and Master data etc should have experience in SAP PP on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• The candidate should have good skills in configuring production planning and quality management master data, sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, Shop floor execution including both production order and process order, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN.
• The candidate should have knowledge on quality management planning, QM in procurement, QM in sales, Inspection lot processing, result recording, quality certificate, defect management, sample management quality notification.
• The candidate should have experience of supporting big SAP S4 HANA implementations
• Should have good knowledge of interfaces, integration with other modules etc
• Closely work with the business to prepare the data for pilot and full implementations
• Facilitate the mock and final cutovers for manufacturing stream.
• Leadership communication about the progress, risk and help needed.

Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills are desirable.
