Role Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and talented Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in drone design, development, and integration, along with proven leadership skills to guide a small engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and testing of multirotor drones, agricultural drones, and FPV drones.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from concept, prototyping, and assembly to field deployment.

Work on hardware selection (motors, ESCs, frames, flight controllers, payload systems, batteries, sensors, etc.).

Develop and fine-tune flight control systems, ensuring stability, efficiency, and reliability.

Collaborate with software, electronics, and mechanical teams to integrate systems seamlessly.

Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting for drones in varied environments.

Stay updated with the latest drone technologies, regulations, and innovations.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

4–6 years of proven experience in drone design, development, and testing.

Strong knowledge of multirotor configurations, agricultural spraying drones, and FPV drone systems.

Expertise in aerodynamics, propulsion systems, power distribution, and payload integration.

Proficiency with CAD tools, simulation software, and electronics integration.

Hands-on experience with flight controllers, autopilots (Pixhawk, Ardupilot, PX4, etc.).

Solid understanding of drone regulations and DGCA norms (preferred).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.

Strong communication and leadership skills to manage projects and teams effectively.
