About the Role & Responsibility

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives.

Handling outbound calls with Business Clients

Generating Leads

Ability to understand and explain:

• Basics of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries)
• Government schemes such as PM Yojana
• Providing product/service information to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of B2B Sales experience preferred
• Fresher can also apply
• Excellent communication skill in English+Hindi

Strong outbound telecalling skills ability to handle professional engagement

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining call logs and lead qualification data
• Basic computer literacy browsing, CRM navigation, form filling, data entry
• Ability to comprehend structured scripts and qualification parameters
• Experience in outbound lead qualification (cold calling/warm calling)
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
• Looking for Immediate joiners only
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number

Shifts

• Any 9 hour during 10am to 11pm
• 6 working days with 1 rotational week off

Salary: Graduate+Fresher - 21K CTC

Graduate+6months B2B Sales Exp - 23k CTC

Graduate + 1 Year B2B Sales Exp - 25 K CTC
