Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Pre-Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our B2B pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential leads across multiple channels. You'll focus on targeting enterprises in key sectors such as finance, real estate, healthcare, and hospitality, showcasing how bulo.ai's voice intelligence platform can transform their decision-making processes. This is a high-impact, performance-driven position where your efforts directly fuel our sales momentum.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Prospecting & Research: Identify and build targeted lists of decision-makers (e.g., sales leaders, compliance officers, CX heads) in B2B organizations using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and industry databases.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn messaging/InMail, cold calling, personalized email marketing, and webinars to initiate conversations and nurture interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess lead fit based on criteria like company size, industry pain points (e.g., fraud detection, customer sentiment analysis), and buying signals; score and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Campaign Optimization: Develop and A/B test email sequences, call scripts, and LinkedIn content tailored to bulo.ai's value proposition in voice AI and behavioral analytics.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), monitor KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, and provide weekly reports to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, attend industry events virtually/in-person, and contribute to content ideas that highlight bulo.ai's impact (e.g., case studies on 32% reduced delinquency in banking).
  • Experience: 1+ years in B2B lead generation, preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech sales environments. Proven track record of generating 50+ qualified leads per month.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for cold outreach; comfortable with high-volume calling (50+ calls/day) and crafting compelling, personalized messages.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, data-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with AI/ML applications or sales tech is a plus.
