Lead Generation Expert – KRA (Short for Job Posting)

• Generate Leads: Run and manage lead-gen across Meta/Google/WhatsApp/portals to meet weekly & monthly lead targets.

• Lead Quality: Ensure leads are relevant (qualified), reduce junk/spam leads, and improve appointment rate.

• Cost Control: Optimize CPL / cost per qualified lead and stay within campaign budgets.

• Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns for key categories/offers; coordinate creatives and landing pages.

• Funnel Coordination: Work with sales teams to ensure fast follow-ups, improve lead-to-appointment and lead-to-sale conversions.

• CRM & Reporting: Maintain clean lead tracking in CRM/Sheets (source, status, outcome) and share weekly performance reports.

• Retargeting & Nurture: Run remarketing + WhatsApp/email sequences to convert warm and old leads.

• Testing & Optimization: Do regular A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results month-on-month.
