Teleperformance is hiring for B2B Leads Generation for Kolkata Location!

Job description:

Any 6 days of working (Day Shift rotational)

Any 1 day of Week off

Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Handling outbound calls with business clients, generating leads (B2B sales).

-Ability to understand and explain: Basic Solar Products(panels,inverters,batteries).

-Process deals with the clients via cold calling.

-Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

-Graduation is mandatory

-Freshers can apply.

-Excellent Communication skills in English

-Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience is preferred.

-Knowledge of B2B sales process and client handling.

-Experience in outbound lead generation.

Salary Structure:

Graduate Fresher: 21,000 CTC

Graduate+6months (B2B Exp only): 23,000 CTC

Graduate+1 year experience (B2B Exp only):25,000 CTC
