Loan & Back Office Executive – Evergreen Solar

Evergreen Solar, a leading solar EPC and distribution company in Eastern India, is hiring a Loan & Back Office Executive for our Corporate Office.

Role Overview:

Ideal for candidates who are organised, proactive, and interested in solar finance and project documentation. The role includes managing loan processes, net metering documentation, and back-office coordination for domestic and commercial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end loan processing and coordinate with banks/NBFCs.
• Explain finance and EMI schemes to customers.
• Collect, verify, and maintain KYC and financial documents.
• Manage Net Metering applications and follow-ups with DISCOM.
• Maintain project files and update CRM/MIS reports.
• Support sales and project teams with proposals and documentation.
• Assist with subsidy documentation and internal reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in back-office, finance, or documentation is a plus.
• Strong communication in Bengali, Hindi & English.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Sheets.
• Basic solar knowledge is an advantage.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time (On-site)
• Location: North Dumdum, West Bengal
• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Schedule: Day shift (Mon–Sat)
