• Sales/Loan Origination: Generate leads through field visits and local networking, explain loan products, evaluate applicant information, and process documentation to meet disbursement targets.
• Collections: Contact customers regarding overdue payments, negotiate payment schedules, and handle customer queries professionally.
• Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with customers for potential repeat business and referrals.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payments, and documentations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
