Logistics Operations: Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation for all international shipments. • Documentation: Prepare, verify, and manage all export-import documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures. • Vendor Management: Coordinate effectively with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers to ensure seamless operations. • Inventory Management: Liaise closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders and maintain accurate inventory records. • Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any logistics-related issues, including shipment delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies, with a focus on quick and effective solutions. • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize logistics costs without compromising service quality or delivery timelines. • Compliance: Stay continuously updated on international shipping regulations, customs laws, and specific pharmaceutical import/export requirements to ensure full compliance at all times
