Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible)

CTC: ₹15,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Logistics Executive to oversee the coordination and movement of drivers for assignments across the city and beyond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, tracking driver availability, and ensuring smooth communication between the company, drivers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily driver assignments and route planning based on client bookings
• Maintain real-time tracking of driver locations and job statuses
• Ensure timely deployment and reallocation of drivers for new or ongoing requests
• Handle incoming calls from clients regarding driver requirements, complaints, or service updates
• Update and maintain operational logs, timesheets, and booking records in spreadsheets or software
• Follow up with drivers for reporting, attendance, and job completion updates
• Resolve last-minute changes, no-shows, or delays by making quick alternative arrangements
• Collaborate with the customer support and operations teams to ensure seamless service execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills—must be fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and preferably other regional languages
• Comfortable with high-volume call handling and multitasking under pressure
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Google Sheets, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business)
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving attitude
• Prior experience in logistics, transport coordination, dispatch, or backend operations is highly preferred
• Ability to manage schedules, rosters, and real-time updates efficiently
