Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in client calling, lead follow-ups, and site visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects
- Handle inbound inquiries and maintain proper follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
- Assist clients during site visits and address their queries
- Maintain client data and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to close deals
- Achieve monthly calling and visit targets
- RequirementsPrior experience in real estate marketing or sales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and client handling
- Willingness to travel for site visits
