🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Event Manager responsible for driving visibility, generating bookings, building partnerships, and executing events at Syona. This role combines organic marketing, outreach, relationship management, and on-ground event execution. The position does not involve paid advertising or media buying.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotion (Organic)

• Plan and execute social media promotion for events, Circles & Series
• Manage Instagram and WhatsApp inquiries, DMs, and lead follow-ups
• Coordinate content ideas, captions, stories, and post-event highlights

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Generate leads for workshops, private events, birthdays, and corporate bookings
• Reach out to schools, colleges, corporates, communities, and institutions
• Pitch Syona programs for employee engagement, student programs, and wellness initiatives

Events & Experiences

• Plan, organize, and execute in-house events and collaborations
• Coordinate with facilitators, artists, psychologists, speakers, and trainers
• Manage schedules, registrations, setup, and overall guest experience

Partnerships & Networking

• Identify and onboard collaborators for Syona Circles & Series
• Build long-term partnerships with wellness professionals, creators, and institutions
• Represent Syona at relevant networking and community events

Strong communication, pitching, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or partnerships
• Good understanding of organic social media marketing
• Ability to manage events end-to-end with attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven approach
• Comfortable with flexible hours during events
