Marketing Executive

The Financial Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting financial products and services, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and executing marketing strategies to grow the company’s financial portfolio.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients for financial products such as insurance, investments, loans, or mutual funds.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Explain product features, benefits, and financial planning options to clients.
• Organize marketing campaigns, promotional events, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and lead generation activities.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial sales, insurance, or banking.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of financial products and market trends.
