Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in event marketing and event organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase client engagement, and drive event participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for corporate, social, and experiential events.
• Coordinate with the event planning team to align marketing strategies with event objectives.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, vendors, and media partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new promotional opportunities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Support on-ground event promotions and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Handle post-event marketing activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and follow-up communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing or event management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools (e.g., Canva, CRM, Email Marketing tools).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during events.
