Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B clients across assigned territories
• Visit clients regularly and generate business through direct interaction
• Effectively pitch products/services and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales (preferably B2B)
• Graduation (mandatory)
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi (Bengali preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal
• Own two-wheeler (Bike preferred)
• Hardworking, and target-oriented
