**About the Role**

As a Digital Marketing Executive at NUD, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google. You will play a key role in customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)** and **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)**

* Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, CPA, and conversion rates

* Analyze data and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics

* Manage budget allocation across channels for maximum efficiency

* Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies

* Track key KPIs and prepare performance reports

* Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

**Requirements**

* **2–3 years of experience** in performance marketing / digital marketing

* Hands-on experience managing campaigns on **Meta Ads and Google Ads**

* Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

* Experience in the **fashion or D2C industry** is a strong plus

* Exposure to marketplaces like **Myntra, Nykaa**, or similar platforms is an added advantage

* Good communication and collaboration
