Job Description

1. Brand Hygiene & Consistency

• Ensure consistent brand representation across all outlets and touchpoints.

• Monitor and maintain branding elements such as signage, POSM, uniforms, menu boards, and in-store creatives.

• Coordinate with design and vendors to update or replace brand assets as required.

• Act as the brand custodian on-ground.


2. Store Visits & Visual Merchandising

• Conduct regular store visits to audit branding, layouts, and customer-facing elements.

• Ensure VM guidelines are followed across outlets.

• Suggest and execute improvements for better visibility, customer flow, and impulse buying.

• Train store teams on basic brand and VM standards.


3. Corporate Tie-Ups & Events

• Identify and execute corporate partnerships, local tie-ups, and bulk order opportunities.

• Plan and manage brand participation in events, exhibitions, food festivals, and corporate activations.

• Coordinate end-to-end execution including branding, logistics, and on-ground presence.

• Track performance and ROI of partnerships and events.


4. On-Ground Marketing Activations

• Plan and execute local marketing activities around stores.

• Drive footfall through society activations, sampling, kiosks, flyers, and hyperlocal campaigns.

• Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Innovate low-cost, high-impact activation ideas.


5. BTL Marketing

• Conceptualize and execute BTL campaigns aligned with brand goals.

• Manage vendors for printing, fabrication, and activation execution.

• Control budgets and timelines for BTL initiatives.

• Measure effectiveness and share insights for future campaigns.



Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of on-ground marketing & retail branding

• Hands-on experience with BTL campaigns and activations

• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles

• Excellent coordination and vendor management skills

• High ownership mindset and execution focus

• Comfortable with travel and frequent store visits

• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and sales teams
