We are looking for a Marketing Head who thinks like a growth architect, not just a campaign manager.

Role Mission

Your mission is simple but challenging:

Build a marketing engine that consistently expands reach, generates qualified leads, and builds strong brands for multiple products.

You will design and execute both digital and on-ground marketing strategies, guided by strong marketing fundamentals such as Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning (STP) and Marketing Mix frameworks as articulated by Philip Kotler.

What You Will Own

1. Growth Strategy

You will design the complete marketing growth architecture for the company.

This includes:

  • Market segmentation and targeting
  • Product positioning
  • Customer acquisition strategy
  • Lead generation systems
  • Brand credibility building

 

2. Lead Generation Engine

Your success will be measured by consistent lead flow and market reach.

You will build scalable channels including:

  • Digital campaigns
  • Content marketing
  • SEO / paid advertising
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Offline events & business networking

The objective is predictable demand generation across multiple products.

3. Brand Building

You will help position Certum Ventures and its products as credible, trusted brands in their respective domains.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating strong brand narratives
  • Designing communication frameworks
  • Managing digital brand presence
  • Establishing thought leadership in relevant sectors

Startup brand-building experience will be a strong advantage.

4. Customer Intelligence

Great marketing comes from understanding the customer.

You will regularly:

  • Meet customers and channel partners
  • Collect real market feedback
  • Evaluate campaign impact
  • Translate insights into marketing improvements

 

5. Build & Train the Marketing Team

You will build and mentor a high-performance marketing and sales support team.

This includes:

  • Training team members on marketing fundamentals
  • Improving sales pitch quality
  • Creating structured marketing processes
  • Ensuring accountability through measurable outcomes
