2. Experience: 5 –7 years in marketing, branding operations, and marketing operations
3. Leadership: Minimum 3 years of team-leading experience, managing 5–6 members
4. Education: MBA in Marketing
5. Age - Max 36
6. Skills & Competencies:

• Strong background in marketing, brand development, and marketing operations
• Ability to plan strategically and execute effectively
• Excellent communication and vocal quality
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
• Proven ability to justify and build teams efficiently
• Professional personality and leadership presence
• Good interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Good at presentation & research work

1. Industry Preference: Prior experience in the D2C industry preferred
2. Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently
3. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategically plan and execute marketing and operational initiatives
4. Lead and mentor a team of 5 – 8 members, with clear team justification and performance tracking
5. Drive brand-making, positioning, and marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
6. Negotiate with vendors and external partners to maximize value
7. Coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure timely project delivery
8. Represent the brand with strong communication, negotiation, and professional presence
