Material And Process Engineer

We’re Hiring: Materials & Process Engineer (R&D – PET, Steel & Composite Strapping)

We are looking for a Materials & Process Engineer to drive R&D, material innovation, and process optimization for PET, steel, and composite strapping products.

What you’ll do

• Develop and optimize materials for PET extrusion, steel strapping, and composite straps
• Improve strength, weldability, embossing, and process stability
• Lead new product development and competitor benchmarking
• Conduct testing, trials, and failure analysis
• Work closely with production, tooling, and quality teams

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Materials / Polymer / Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering
• 5+ years hands-on experience in PET extrusion or polymer processing
• Exposure to steel strip or composite materials is a plus
• Strong shop-floor, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset
