A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products and medical services to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Visit doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics regularly.

2. Promote and explain pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and pharmacists.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Organize product presentations and medical meetings.

6. Monitor competitor products and market trends.

7. Submit daily visit reports and sales reports to the manager.

8. Ensure product availability in pharmacies and hospitals.

👤 Eligibility / Requirements

1. Education: Higher Secondary / Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharm / Life Sciences preferred)

2. Experience: 0–3 years in pharma sales or medical representative role

Skills Required:

1. Communication and persuasion skills

2. Sales and negotiation skills

3. Relationship building

Other Requirements:

1. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (for field visits)

2. Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Qualifications

1. Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferably in Science, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences).

2. Diploma or degree in Pharmacy / B.Sc / B.Pharm is an advantage.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

* ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)
