Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for orders, sales, cancellations, refunds, commissions, and payouts
- Extract and analyze data from Zomato, Swiggy, and Petpooja dashboards / POS systems
- Reconcile POS (Petpooja) data with aggregator data (Zomato & Swiggy)
- Track key KPIs: order volume, revenue, outlet performance, SLA, TAT, and menu performance
- Create and automate dashboards using Advanced Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI / Tableau
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across platforms
- Share insights, trends, and variance analysis with Operations, Finance, and Management teams
- Maintain master data, SOPs, and documentation related to reporting processes
- Support audits, payout reconciliations, and ad-hoc analytical requirements
