MIS Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage data entry operations, acquire data through calls, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should be highly responsive, possess strong communication skills, and ensure timely reporting and database management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate and timely data entry in company systems and databases.
• Acquire and verify data through outbound and inbound calls.
• Maintain and update daily MIS reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate required information.
• Follow up with clients/customers for missing or incomplete data.
• Generate periodic reports for management review.
• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and internal communication.
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good telephone etiquette and confidence in handling calls.
• High level of responsiveness and accountability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
• Prior experience in data entry, MIS reporting, or telecalling is an advantage.
