MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Management Trainee (HR Operations) 

Job Summary:

RT Network Solutions (RTNS) is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Management Trainee to support the HR department with data management, reporting, and documentation. The trainee will be responsible for maintaining HR MIS data related to attendance, payroll inputs, and reports using MS Excel and other office tools. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in HR Operations, MIS reporting, and data handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR data related to employee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
• Perform attendance tracking and reconciliation on a daily/monthly basis
• Assist in payroll data preparation by consolidating and validating existing data
• Prepare and manage MIS reports using Excel
• Use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for HR reviews and management reporting
• Draft and maintain Word documents such as HR reports, trackers, and formats
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Coordinate with HR team members for data validation and report submissions

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel o Mandatory: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas
• Good command over MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Basic understanding of HR processes (attendance, payroll inputs) is an added advantage
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work with deadlines
