MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time

• Generate automated payroll sheets

• Maintain PF, ESIC, TDS and statutory compliance data

• Coordinate salary disbursement process

• Maintain payroll records and audit documentation

2. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily employee attendance

• Verify check-in/check-out records

• Maintain leave records and shift tracking

• Generate monthly attendance reports

3. Candidate & Recruiter Productivity Tracking

• Track candidate productivity data

• Monitor recruiter closures, TAT, and placements

• Prepare recruiter-wise performance reports

• Suggest performance improvement strategies

4. HRMS Data Management

• Maintain complete employee database

• Ensure onboarding documents accuracy (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank, PF, ESIC etc.)

• Update real-time dashboard reports

• Maintain structured documentation

5. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports

• Track revenue vs payroll cost

• Generate client-wise profitability reports

• Maintain cost center and profit center data
