Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare veg & non-veg momos (steamed, fried, pan-fried) with consistency and taste
• Prepare and maintain momo fillings, dough, and sauces
• Ensure proper portioning, shaping, and presentation
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
• Handle daily prep, storage, and inventory of raw materials
• Work efficiently during peak hours
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
