Node.js Developer

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with solid experience in Node.js, and strong hands-on knowledge of Sequelize ORM. In this role, you will design and build robust, scalable backend services and APIs, collaborate with frontend teams, and contribute to the overall architecture and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless integration
• Review code, maintain standards, and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Write clear, maintainable code and technical documentation
• Manage version control using Git
• Contribute to backend architecture and deployment strategies
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Required Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of hands-on experience with and Node.js
• Strong command of Sequelize ORM and MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Solid understanding of MVC and service-oriented architecture
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and frameworks like Vue.js or React (preferred )
• Experience with deployment tools and cloud services (AWS preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture
