Sourcing relevant profiles from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases

Coordinating directly with clients to understand requirements and share suitable profiles

Conducting client visits when required to better understand their hiring needs

Managing bulk hiring drives and ensuring daily CV submissions (810 CVs per day)

Taking regular feedback from clients and maintaining active communication via calls and emails

Building and maintaining your own candidate database for faster closures

Key Requirements:

Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with Naukri portal

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle bulk and volume hiring

Should be proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Immediate joiners will be given preference

Salary: As per industry standards
