Job Description

The Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing daily office activities, coordinating with departments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Support accounting and HR departments with data entry and documentation.
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Handle visitor management and coordinate with staff for office needs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and management.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce or Administration).
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration or clerical roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
