Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised Administrative Secretary to support our team with administrative tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proactive in managing tasks to enhance productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices & reports.
  • Handle communication with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
