Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office operations and front-desk coordination
- Handle phone calls, emails, visitors, and appointments
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Support HR/Accounts with basic admin work, attendance, and bills
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Monitor office supplies, purchases, and inventory

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email handling
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
