Role OverviewAs an Office Assistant at PNB MetLife, you will be the backbone of our daily branch operations. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive individual who can handle administrative tasks with precision while providing a welcoming environment for our customers and team members. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs like a well-oiled machine, supporting the "Circle of Life" philosophy we provide to our clients.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management: Greet walk-in customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department or advisor.
  • Documentation & Filing: Organize, scan, and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Communication Hub: Handle the switchboard by answering calls, taking messages, and routing inquiries to the right team members.
  • Meeting Support: Assist in setting up conference rooms for training sessions, client meetings, or internal briefings.
  • Data Entry: Update internal databases with accuracy to support the sales and operations teams.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the office environment remains professional, tidy, and functional by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff.
  • Required Qualifications & SkillsFeatureRequirementEducationGraduate in any stream (10+2 with relevant experience may be considered).Experience0–2 years of experience in front-office or administrative roles.Tech SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).CommunicationFluent in English and the local regional language.AttitudeProfessional demeanor with a "customer-first" mindset.
