Job Description
Job Title: Office Assistant / Office Manager
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to manage daily office operations, support financial decision-making, and coordinate team activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
- Maintain records, documentation, and office supplies
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications

Financial Advisory & Support
- Assist in basic financial planning, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review

Team Management & Coordination
- Support team coordination and task follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding and administrative support for staff
- Help monitor performance metrics and productivity
- Act as a point of contact between management and team members
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Basic understanding of financial management and reporting
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage teams and work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
