Job Description

Job Title: Office Assistant / Office Manager


Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to manage daily office operations, support financial decision-making, and coordinate team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
  • Maintain records, documentation, and office supplies
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications

Financial Advisory & Support

  • Assist in basic financial planning, budgeting, and expense tracking
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review

Team Management & Coordination

  • Support team coordination and task follow-ups
  • Assist in onboarding and administrative support for staff
  • Help monitor performance metrics and productivity
  • Act as a point of contact between management and team members

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of financial management and reporting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage teams and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
