Job Description

·        Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.

·        Assist staff with basic office-related tasks as required.

·        Support the administration team with routine office work.

·        Handle document filing, photocopying, printing, and other office-related tasks.

·        Assist in organizing office materials and supplies.

·        Manage courier dispatch and collection from courier offices.

·        Assist with desktop setup and basic computer setup tasks such as connecting systems, basic troubleshooting, and arranging workstations.
