Office Boy / Peon

The Office Boy will assist in performing general office duties, ensuring the office environment runs smoothly. This position requires a proactive, helpful individual with good communication skills and a willingness to assist in a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Maintenance:

Ensure the office is clean and organized (dusting, sweeping, etc.).

Make sure that office supplies are stocked and available (e.g., paper, pens, etc.).

Empty trash cans regularly and maintain cleanliness in common areas.

2. Support Staff:

Assist in the preparation and setting up of meeting rooms for scheduled events.

Run errands such as delivering documents or picking up office supplies.

3. Guest Reception:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or meeting room.

Ensure visitors are comfortable, offering them refreshments when appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Good communication skills and polite behaviour.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an office support role is a plus, but not mandatory.
