Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Lead financial planning and advisory activities for high-value and retail clients
- Provide need-based insurance and financial planning solutions aligned with customer goals
- Manage and support a team of Financial Advisors/Relationship Managers
- Drive premium growth, policy sales, and persistency targets
- Conduct joint customer meetings and assist in closures
- Train advisors on financial planning concepts, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Ensure adherence to IRDA and IndiaFirst Life compliance standards
- Review sales pipelines, productivity, and MIS reports
- Build long-term customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of financial planning, life insurance, and investment products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proven experience in sales management within BFSI
- Target-driven and analytical mindset
- Qualifications:Graduate / MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI mandatory
- IRDA / NISM / AMFI certifications preferred
