On-Ground Sales Executive (Paper & Packaging Boards)

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated On-Ground Sales Executives for Paper and Packaging Boards. Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome, as we aim to build and nurture a strong sales team. The role involves field sales, client visits, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit markets and clients to promote paper and packaging board products
• Generate new leads and develop customer relationships
• Meet retailers, wholesalers, and businesses for sales opportunities
• Explain product details and pricing to customers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
• Report daily sales activities to the management

Requirements:

• Fresher or 0–2 years of sales experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in field/on-ground sales
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing is preferred
• Local market knowledge will be an advantage
