Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the new hires and management process, including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information.
• Manage Joining Formalities and release Offer Letters.
• Coordinate with Multiple Teams at the time of new joiners.
• Maintain records through HRMS Software (Spine).
• Execute background checks, track, and adjust the process as needed based on any new requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required as per business needs.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, with specific experience in onboarding being a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several new hires' onboarding simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive environment for new employees.
• Proficiency in using HR software and systems to manage onboarding processes efficiently.
