Key Responsibilities·        Identify and secure new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.

·        Draft high-quality, customized, and persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.

·        Communicate effectively with international clients via chat, email, and virtual meetings.

·        Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scope, timelines, and cost estimation.

·        Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to successful closure.

·        Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships.

·        Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead generation and revenue.

Track bidding performance and maintain proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications·        1–2 years of experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive in an IT services company.

·        Strong understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services.

·        Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·        Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle multiple proposals daily
