 Job Title: eCommerce Operations Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to handle basic eCommerce operations, including managing products, orders, and stock. The role involves day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth online sales and timely delivery of goods.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Upload and update product listings on eCommerce platforms
• Manage stock and inventory of goods
• Process incoming orders and prepare them for dispatch
• Coordinate with packing and delivery teams
• Track shipments and update order status
• Handle returns, exchanges, and basic customer queries
• Ensure product details, pricing, and availability are accurate
• 📦 Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.)
• Familiarity with online selling platforms
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn
• 👍 Preferred (Optional):Prior experience in eCommerce or warehouse handling
• Basic understanding of inventory management
