Role OverviewSollfege Electronics Limited is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive who can manage our Shopify website, social media platforms, and online customer enquiries while helping convert digital interest into actual sales.

This is a hands-on execution role requiring prior experience in website management, social media content creation, and online lead handling.

• Key Responsibilities1. Shopify Website ManagementManage and maintain the company Shopify website on a daily basis.
• Upload and update products, pricing, descriptions, images, and collections.
• Make website edits and improvements to enhance user experience and product visibility.
• Ensure product pages are optimized with proper content, images, and specifications.
• Coordinate internally for product information, availability, and updates.
• 2. Online Enquiry Management & SalesHandle all online enquiries from:
• Website
• Instagram
• WhatsApp
• Google
• Justdial and other platforms
• Speak with potential customers, understand their requirements, and negotiate to close orders.
• Check stock availability and delivery timelines with the internal team before confirming orders.
• Close deals within pricing guidelines approved by the management.
• Coordinate with the accounts and logistics teams for smooth order processing.

💰 Incentives will be provided on successful order closures.

• 3. Social Media & Content CreationCreate and post daily content on social media platforms (especially Instagram).
• Content should include:
• Product highlights
• Installation projects
• Site visits
• New product launches
• Record videos at:
• Showroom
• Customer installations
• Product demonstrations
• Edit and publish reels, short videos, and product explainers.
• 4. WhatsApp MarketingSend weekly WhatsApp broadcast messages to the existing database.
• Maintain separate broadcast lists for:
• Customers
• Interior designers / architects
• Create simple creatives or marketing messages for broadcasts.
• 5. Online Reputation & Customer EngagementMonitor and respond to Google Reviews and customer messages.
• Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews online.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with all digital enquiries.
• 6. Digital Marketing & GrowthStay updated with latest digital marketing tools, AI content tools, and social media trends.
• Suggest ideas to increase online enquiries and digital sales.
• Assist in creating digital campaigns, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
• Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing / Shopify management / online sales.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify website management.
• Experience handling online enquiries and converting them into sales.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, WhatsApp marketing, and content creation.
• Ability to record videos and create engaging digital content.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, video editing apps, and AI content tools.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Additional Skills (Preferred)Experience with Interakt or WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Understanding of payment gateways and logistics platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital campaigns, and lead generation.
• Interest in technology, home automation, or premium electronics products.
