Online Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are a Lucknow-based company dealing in commercial and industrial cleaning machines and equipment.

We are looking for an executive who can confidently handle online sales inquiries and also manage basic back-office work like cashbook entries and stock updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Online Sales & Customer Communication
• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure.
• Maintain customer records and coordinate order dispatch.
• Back Office - Update daily cashbook and stock records.
• Track pending payments and inform management.
• Maintain records in Excel / Google Sheets.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn product details.
• Honest, organised, and punctual.

Preferred Experience in office sales / back office / B2B trading.

Workplace Details

• Location: Nacs Cleantech, OMICRON SHED, CISF Parade Ground, Remount Rd, Kolkata, West Bengal 700023
• Work Timings: Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives)
