Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across projects and teams
• Create, improve, and enforce SOPs for delivery, communication, and execution
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with designers, developers, freelancers, and vendors
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards
• Set up and manage tools for task tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues
• Act as the bridge between leadership and execution teams
• RequirementsStrong organizational and execution skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfort working with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar
• Ability to create systems, processes, and documentation from scratch
• High ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude

Good to Have

• Experience in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup environment
• Exposure to Web, product, or tech teams
• Experience managing freelancers or remote teams
• Basic understanding of web development or design workflows
