🔑** Key Responsibilities:**

Supervise physical inventories, maintain stock levels, and manage the inward and outward movement of goods from the company depot.

Coordinate with primary and secondary logistics partners to ensure timely services and implement cost-control practices.

Oversee total depot administration and optimize operational costs.

Manage indenting, demand planning, and idle stock maintenance at the depot.

Control damage and expiry levels to achieve targeted reductions.

Conduct regular physical inventory checks.

Ensure accurate invoicing to value chain partners and proper entry of sales returns and damages through the DMS.

Handle petty cash, collect cash from markets, and ensure timely deposits to the bank.

Perform any other tasks assigned by higher management relevant to this role.
