Operation Executive/Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Departmental Oversight: They manage the daily workflows of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure all areas are guest-ready and compliant with brand standards.
• Guest Experience & Service Recovery: Beyond standard service, they are the primary point of contact for escalating guest complaints, using empathy and quick problem-solving to turn negative situations into positive reviews.
• Financial & Cost Management: They manage operational budgets, control labor costs, and monitor "par levels" (inventory stock) to prevent waste and maximize revenue.
• Team Leadership: This includes recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to foster a culture of excellence and reduce high industry turnover rates.

Key Skills Required

1. Leadership: Ability to inspire a diverse, cross-departmental workforce.
2. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis, and forecasting.
3. Problem-Solving: Decisiveness in fast-paced environments, such as handling overbookings or maintenance emergencies.
4. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness, grooming, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
